Punts Connectats marks a turning point in Upercent’s path. A moment where the dots of his inner world begin to connect. Memories, inherited cues, sonic instincts. Nothing is forced. Just alignment.

Dulzaina opens the release with clarity. A return to origin. The presence of the dolçaina (as spelled in his native language) isn’t symbolic. It’s transport. One tone and he’s home, back to the streets where form and rhythm first collided, where sound meant presence and movement. That ancestral voice is placed right at the center, wrapped in pressure and groove. Never ornamental. Always essential.

Arrels carries a different kind of weight. It looks back too, but not to tradition. To impact. It echoes the raw energy of Valencia’s night scene, where Upercent took his first steps. A siren clears the way, and from there, the structure mutates. Acidic. Tight. Physical. It doesn’t follow the usual arc or chase a peak. The tension holds, built to persist, not to break.
