Valencia-based artist Gurrex returns to Hyperlush with Just Boogie, a two-track EP that highlights his direction through a fresh and spontaneous approach to the dancefloor.
The title track takes its starting point from the funky warmth of a sampled groove, rebuilding it through a club-focused framework while keeping its distinctive 70s/80s guitar licks at the centre. Anchored by an instantly recognizable vocal hook, Carles brings out his personality and translates it directly into the music.
Just Music strips things back to pure rhythm and function. Free of distracting melodies, a looped vocal and groove-driven structure keep the track direct, energetic, and made to mix.
