HYP-016 I Matara – Touch You

Matara presents Shake on Hyperlush as a three-track statement that defines his groove language in its most direct form.

Across the release, rhythm becomes a point of contact, where movement feels both collective and internal. Each track approaches the dancefloor from a different emotional angle, yet all remain anchored to a tight, modern club sensibility, marked by flashes of a sound that feels instantly familiar, almost timeless.

The title track, Shake, sets the tone with a compact tech house framework driven by a punchy low-end and a locked-in rhythmic pulse. Melodic accents emerge with precision, cutting through the groove without disrupting its momentum. The track balances forward motion with a subtle hypnotic layer, designed to activate the floor while preserving depth and musical tension.

Touch You moves into a more intimate territory. Built from the desire to connect bodies and minds through sound, the track unfolds as a slow-burning exchange between rhythm and atmosphere. Its energy feels intentional and tactile, inviting closeness rather than spectacle, where repetition reinforces presence and shared movement becomes the core message.

Closing the EP, High Up lifts the intensity with an uplifting drive that blends tight tech house grooves and bright melodic elements. The low-end pushes with confidence while the melodies open space, creating a sensation of elevation that mirrors the track’s name. Its expansive progression delivers physical impact and emotional release for peak-time transitions.

A release shaped for club environments, where groove leads and production comes fully forward.
